A friend recommended Franky/Creative Tree Service to me after hiring them to remove a tree for him.<br><br>I was impressed with Franky’s expertise in every step of the process—from the first consultation to hauling away the wood.<br><br>He & his 3 man crew showed up on time, addressed concerns, & made short work of cutting down the half a tree that had fallen on a shed, AND the part that was still standing. I highly recommend them!
I called with an emergency- my cat had climbed VERY far up in my tree and had been there for many hours. So it was time for me to call for help. Frankie answered the phone at 8:30 on a Sunday morning, and was coming to the rescue. When he was on his way here, the cat came down - of course. But, I want to give 5 stars for a quick response, neighborly attitude, and willingness to gather his equipment quickly and come to help.
Frankie and his team removed an overgrown tree from our tiny backyard that was touching all the houses around it. Despite the difficult spot they did an amazing job! Efficient, careful, and a great price !
Called in an emergency for an old pole starting to come down in high winds. They handled a difficult removal super quickly and creatively. Looks like the pole was never even there. Highly recommend!
I think I’m just echoing everybody else that is extremely pleased with the service, they came and did the work in about an hour and it was excellent, he’s extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable about the best way to solve problems. Very satisfied with the service, I would recommend it to anybody no matter how big or small the job as we had a decently large job for him to do and it was not a problem, just so you know the service includes fall cleanup of all of the branches, chipping/recycling and the trimming as well, they don’t leave a mess at all and are extremely respectful of your space
